AI-Assisted Graphic Design

I combine graphic design, creative direction and modern AI tools to explore ideas, while keeping human judgement, brand consistency and production refinement at the centre of the work. AI is part of the process; the design direction and final decisions remain mine.

Direction before generation

The work starts with the brief: the audience, the message and the visual character. I develop a concept, use AI-assisted exploration or generation where it is useful, then assess the results against the project’s intent. An interesting output still needs to fit the brand, the format and the purpose.

Refinement and judgement

My toolkit includes Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. I use design tools to refine layouts, typography and visual details rather than treating an initial generated image as a finished system. The right workflow depends on the project; AI assistance does not mean every part of a design is generated or automated.

Pip: a personal product experiment

Pip is a personal AI assistant I designed and built with AI as my engineering partner. I directed the product, brand, aqua-drop mascot and interface, then developed a working Telegram bot. Its case study distinguishes current features from plans for a future web app and shows the relationship between creative direction and AI-assisted development.
